Crib accidents

More than one million Canadian manufactured cribs have recently been recalled because of an alleged defective support bracket which could lead to suffocation of a child or the trapping of a child in the crib. Approximately 500,000 cribs have been recalled by Stork Craft baby cribs sold in the United States, including such stores as K-Mart and Wal-Mart.

If you or a loved one knows of an instance where a baby was injured in a crib accident, please refer the family to our products liability lawyers for a free consultation. All of our fees are contingent upon the outcome of the case. If we are not successful on your case, there will be no fee.
